Before I start my review, I would like to thank April Fire for allowing me to review Diner Delight.**All opinions stated in this review are mine and mine alone. I received Diner Delights from April Fire and voluntarily reviewed it**
Now, onto my review:
When the author asked me to review her book, I went back and forth on it. While I do like to read erotica, I am very hesitant to review them. Very hesitant. So I decided to take a chance and review Diner Delight and I loved it!!!
The wife, who is very sexually frustrated because of her husband’s lack of attention, gets turned on by the gym rats who come into the diner on a nightly basis. So she goes into the bathroom to get off and we are treated to her reminiscing about her past exploits with men and women while she masturbates. I should add that her husband owns the diner and she is a waitress.
One night, a gym rat who smells like soap (which means he showered people!!) finds her getting off in the bathroom and shenanigans ensue. Not going to go into it too much but it was very hot.
The ending was super sweet and it was a cliffhanger. Grrrrrr.
How many stars will I give Diner Delights? 4
Why? The sex (one on one and with a partner) was out of this world. The author does a good job getting you involved in the wife’s exploits.
Will I reread? yes
Will I recommend to family and friends? If they like erotica, then yes.
Age Range? Definitely adult

This is a quick read a perfect way to wet your appetite. If your new to to April Fires books. Another must read I really enjoyed it.
A husband and wife are going through a difficult time. They love each other but the passion is no longer there. This is a story of how the wife deals with a passionless marriage. I enjoyed reading this really short story.
Really enjoyed this short steamy story. It grabs you and you can't put it down. The characters are well written with great chemistry. I would recommend this book to anyone. I voluntarily reviewed an arc of this book. Looking forward to reading more from April Fire
Okay, this was a very short read but if you're into quickies (pun intended) and only have a few minutes to get in a hot story than Sexy Secrets is for you. First time I've read this author and she queried me to review it for her. The writing is good, I just noticed a couple of places that the editor missed. Too short to have a plot or any character building, it's basically about a sexually frustrated wife (some of us have been there, right?), her husband's lack of interest in the bedroom, and the limits she goes to in order to get relief. I only hope the restrooms are cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis because that's where all the action seems to happen. Except for the cute ending. Give this story a shot, I'm glad that I did. Warning...there is cheating for those of you who don't like it.
I wasn't sure I was going to like this quick story because the heroine cheats which the author was upfront about. With that being said, I actually ended up loving this story. I don't condone the cheating, but it actually seems to wake her husband up and shows him how much he is neglecting/ignoring her.
Two short, separate stories thrown in one very SMALL book.
Each story started out well enough to engage your interest, but they both ended in the same fashion; leaving the reader hanging. After spending time reading a book, I like knowing how a book ends, not wondering and imagining the conclusion myself. That's exactly how this author ended both stories in this book.
In my honest opinion, I felt jilted. I would definitely recommend passing on reading this.
I liked it. I didn't think I would because most times, cheating isn't handled correctly and ends up with a lot of unpoken angst. This time, though, it was handled perfectly, ESPECIALLY the ending (and you're just going to have to get the book and read it for yourselves, I'm not telling). Hot, hot, hot. Short and sweet. If you are into erotica that is hot, quick, and dirty, then you'll like this little novella.
